2. Closed-Loop Wallet & Prepaid Balance

• The portal wallet functions purely as a closed-loop store credit balance.
• Balances can only be used to pay for service fees and printing jobs on this website.
• Store credit is non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and cannot be refunded to bank accounts once loaded.
• Depositing money is subject to verification by our payment partners.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to upload any illegal documents, copyright-violating layout files, or fraudulent certificates. We reserve the right to suspend any account and decline printing jobs that violate government regulations or security laws without previous warning.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any delay or print errors resulting from user inputs, poor upload resolutions, or standard delivery service issues. However, if a software service error occurs on our end, the deducted transaction amount will be automatically restored to your portal wallet balance.
